Linda Sitler-Howe teaches this weekly program of Yoga for All Levels. Sessions will consist of a gentle form of hatha yoga, incorporating principles of alignment to help free stiff joints and stretch overworked muscles. Modifications and props will be used as needed. $8.00 per class. Please bring a yoga mat.
