Don't miss the TEEN “SEEN” CHALLENGE! Bring a family member into the library to read with at anytime during National Family Week! Make sure you sign yourself and your family member in to begin your reading challenge. Read one of our selected books with your family member for 15 minutes. Once you sign out, you will be entered in a draw to win movie tickets!
FAMILIES GET CAUGHT READING AT THE PETAWAWA LIBRARY! Read one of our featured books with a family member in the library during National Family Week and you could becaught! Don’t forget to enter your name in the draw to win some great prizes!
There are lots of opportunities to get credit for community service at the library. You can help put away books, become a Reading Buddy or help with children's programming.
BECOME A READING BUDDY
Become a Reading Buddy! Make a difference in a young child's life by helping with his or her reading. If you need to complete your 40 hours of community service and have one free evening per week, pick up an application at your school's Student Services Department or at the Petawawa Public Library.
